The microbiome is swiftly becoming one of the hottest fields for skin research. Talks from academia and pharma to beauty and personal care focused on innovative methods to incorporate the awareness of our skin microbiome in our daily routine and to use the knowledge in commercial products that offer benefit to the human body.
Anna Lipp attended the 38th Annual Meeting of the European Bone and Joint Infection Society, being held from 12 to 14 September 2019 in Antwerp, Belgium. The conference brought together experts, practitioners and companies involved in the research and treatment of bone and joint infections. It was a great opportunity to get an in-depth understanding of state-of-the-art concepts on diagnostics and treatment strategies of biofilm-related infections.
